To register, download and complete the Moonshadow 2010 Application. Download the [ pdf ] or the [ zipped pdf ] file.

Contract and health forms should be submitted when you come to the meeting. This information is required in order to attend the camp. An initial down payment of $50 should accompany these forms. Final payment is due at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp date your child will attend.
