Moonshadow 2008 Application:

To register, download and complete the Moonshadow 2008 Application.

Contract and health forms should be submitted when you come to the meeting. This information is required in order to attend the camp. An initial down payment of $50 should accompany these forms. Final payment is due at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp date your child will attend.
